live deck allows approximately a cord of wood to be loaded on
the machine at one time. The logs can be fed to the feed trough
hydraulically.
Advice
From the Professionals
Timberwolf Processors come standard with live decks that can be easily retracted for transportation. This limits their size, since the overall height of the machine must be low enough to allow legal travel. Larger, nonretractable live decks are also available.
Available
Types
Timberwolf Processors utilize roller chains for less friction and longer life. The legs of our live deck are not jointed, making them more stable than designs by other processor manufacturers.
Reading
the Specs
Live decks are available in 2, 3 or more strands. The number of strands is the number of rails the live deck has. More rails means the overall spread of the live deck is greater and longer logs can be handled. Closer spacing of the strands means shorter logs can be handled.
